Sosa tells Lucca: show more character in defence
The former Napoli forward criticised the number 20 after Inter-Napoli, calling for more grit when defending set-piece situations.
Roberto Carlos Sosa, a former Napoli forward, did not hold back on Radio Marte's "Los Ultimos Diez", targeting Lucca's role in Inter's 3-2 winner at San Siro, where Lucca failed to clear a ball decisively in his own box.
"On the 3-2, in that defensive position, would I have cleared it or shielded the ball the way he did?" Sosa asked. "I understand modern football's build-up play, but sometimes you just have to put the ball into the stand. Lucca didn't have the mentality to simply defend in that moment. Sosa then addressed the forward directly.
