De Bruyne returns to Napoli's starting XI for Arsenal opener
Allegri is set to make at least three changes from the San Siro line-up as Napoli open their Champions League campaign, with a straight swap in midfield and battles still open on the left and in the middle.
Kevin De Bruyne is back in the starting eleven for Wednesday's Champions League League Phase opener against Arsenal at the Maradona (21:00 CET), retaking the place of Vergara, who had started in midfield at San Siro. It is the clearest sign yet of Allegri's plans for a game that already carries weight on matchday one of the new single-group format.
Two more changes are on the cards from the Inter game: Olivera is competing with Spinazzola for the left-back spot, while Gilmour could give Lobotka a rest after another high-intensity match. Napoli stick with their 4-3-3, with Neres set to start in the front three alongside Alisson Santos and Højlund. With McTominay unavailable, the midfield is banking on De Bruyne's return to supply the quality that was missing in the closing stages at San Siro.

Arsenal, the reigning English champions, arrive with their usual 4-3-3 and Raya, Saliba and Calafiori all set to start. Allegri still has two days to settle his last doubts before kick-off on Wednesday.
