Privacy policy

Arena Napoli International collects no personal browsing data and uses no profiling or advertising cookies.

The only data we process today:

Poll cookie — when you vote in the weekly poll, an anonymous technical cookie (voted_*, 30 days) stops the same browser voting twice. It holds no personal data; votes are aggregated counts.

Local preferences — a few preferences (your vote, the dismissed cookie notice) are kept in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.

Forum account — if you register on the Italian forum we keep your email address and nickname, used only to sign you in (magic link, no password) and to sign your posts. No unsolicited newsletters, no sharing with third parties. You can ask for deletion at any time at privacy@arenanapoli.com.

Technical logs — the site is served through Cloudflare and a server in the EU; technical logs (transient IP addresses) are used for security and operation only.

Cookie-free statistics — visits are counted by an in-house system that sets no cookies and stores no personal data: visitors are counted through an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot identify or follow anyone.

Should we introduce advertising or other tools in future, this page will be updated before they go live and, where required, consent will be asked through a compliant banner (IAB TCF).

Your rights and how to reach us

Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR) you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection by writing to privacy@arenanapoli.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
