Napoli named among world's 20 most attractive sport employers
Napoli feature on iWorkinSport's Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2026 survey, alongside four other Italian clubs. The list published this week is alphabetical, not the final ranking, which arrives on 16 October.

Napoli are among the 20 clubs worldwide named most attractive to work for in sport, according to the "Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2026" survey by iWorkinSport, which asked professionals and students in the industry which organisations they would most want to work for.
The list published on Tuesday 8 September is in alphabetical order and is not yet the final ranking. The 20 names include Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, Atlético Madrid, Monaco, and the two American projects Inter Miami and New York City FC.

Five Italian clubs make the list. Alongside Napoli there are Milan, Inter, Juventus and Como. Como, making their first-ever European appearance after promotion, find themselves next to clubs that have spent decades reaching international finals — a detail that shows how the survey's criterion, attractiveness as an employer, follows a different logic to results on the pitch, where Napoli currently sit 12th in Serie A with 3 points from 3 games.
The full ranking, with the real order of the 20 clubs rather than the alphabetical sequence, will be revealed on 16 October 2026 at the Most Attractive Employers in Sport Awards ceremony. Before that date, Napoli have a more urgent fixture: on Wednesday evening 9 September, at the Maradona, their Champions League debut against Arsenal.
