Napoli host Arsenal on Wednesday, gates open at 18:00 CET
Napoli want fans at the Maradona well before kick-off for the Champions League opener against Arsenal, with tighter security checks and members-only turnstiles for the first stretch.

Napoli face Arsenal on Wednesday 9 September at 21:00 CET at the Diego Armando Maradona, and the club is urging supporters to arrive early: turnstiles open at 18:00 CET, three hours before kick-off, to allow the security checks required by law.
Until 30 minutes before kick-off, several gates are reserved for season-ticket holders only: Gate 8, 9 and 12 for the Curva B (the ultras' end behind one goal), Gate 24 and 25 for the Curva A, Gate 19 and 20 for the Distinti, and Prefiltraggio 2 and 3 plus Gate 1 (also used by school groups) in the main stand. After that, all gates reopen to every fan.

The club is repeating its usual advice to buy tickets only through official channels — online via Ticketone or at authorised outlets — and says checks against counterfeit tickets will be tighter for upcoming matches. Entry requires valid ID alongside the ticket: Fidelity Card holders must also show their seat marker, and passbook tickets must be shown from the smartphone app itself, not a screenshot. Flares, firecrackers and other pyrotechnics are banned, and stairways and emergency exits must be kept clear.
