Giovane has hernia surgery, ruled out until after international break
The forward went under the knife in Rome on Thursday, the latest fitness blow for Massimiliano Allegri as Napoli head to Inter.

Giovane was operated on Thursday at Rome's Villa Stuart clinic to correct an inguinal hernia. Napoli's official website says he is expected back after the international break.
It is another absence for Allegri to manage. Buongiorno and Marianucci are already out injured, McTominay has just been added to the list, and now Giovane leaves the forward line short too.
